The information we gather from the meeting and reviewing comparable recent sales allows New Leaf to appropriately price your home. In some unique cases, a third-party appraiser will be consulted. The Marketing Essentials
New Leaf Real Estate will schedule a time to visit the property to make recommendations, if needed, to prepare the house to come to market. Through the years, we have accumulated a list of great stagers, landscape designers, and marketing directs. We will hire a photographer to take photos of your home and list your property on the MLS.
