Determining the right price
The New Leaf process begins with a consultation at our office or via phone. The information we gather allows New Leaf to appropriately price your home. In some cases, a third-party appraiser will be consulted. The result is the right price for your property.
The marketing essentials
New Leaf Real Estate will take photos of your home and list your property on MLS and HAR. In addition, New Leaf employs a listing service that alerts you to all scheduled showings of your home. All for a fee that is only 1.5%
of your home’s sale price.* Traditional brokers charge 3% or more. We put up to 1.5% back in your pocket. These are just some of the services provided.

The marketing enhancements
For New Leaf customers who request enhanced marketing tactics, New Leaf offers a suite of enhanced a la carte services. As opposed to paying out-of-pocket, costs for these services are simply deducted from your rebate at closing. Any services that include outside costs are charged to you without mark-up. There is only a $300 cancellation charge if the listing expires without closing.
