All for a fee that is only 1% of your home’s sale price.* Traditional brokers charge 3% or more. We put up to 2% back in your pocket.
For New Leaf customers who request enhanced marketing tactics, New Leaf offers a suite of enhanced a la carte services. As opposed to paying out-of-pocket, costs for these services are simply deducted from your rebate at closing. Any services that include outside costs are charged to you without mark-up.
