Narrow your search and tour the homes
After you’ve narrowed down your choices and you’re ready to move on a specific home, call your New Leaf professional, a licensed real estate agent, for a tour. We’ll show you the homes you’ve selected. When it’s time to make an offer on the right home, your New Leaf Real Estate professional will negotiate on your behalf for the best business transaction possible.
When it’s time for financing
Need a pre-approval for your new home? New Leaf will point you in the direction of a New Leaf affiliated mortgage company that will ensure that you have the proper financing in place for your purchase. Unlike many other real estate companies, New Leaf does not require you work with a specific mortgage company.* Our hope is that our affiliated mortgage company will be able to match or beat any competing offers for financing.
Support - and cash back - at closing
Your New Leaf Real Estate professional will accompany you to your scheduled closing. Here you will receive up to 2% back from New Leaf – the difference between a traditional real estate agent’s fee, typically 3%, and the New Leaf fee, typically 1%.
