After you’ve narrowed down your choices and/or you’re ready to proceed with a specific set of homes, call your New Leaf professional, a licensed real estate agent, for a showing. We’ll show you the homes you’ve selected. When it’s time to make an offer on the right home, your New Leaf Real Estate professional will negotiate on your behalf for the best business transaction possible.

When it’s Time For Financing…

New Leaf has an exhaustive list of experienced mortgage company to help you with your home loan.  Unlike many other real estate companies, New Leaf does not require you work with a specific mortgage company.*

Support – And Credit – At Closing

A traditional real estate agent’s fee is typically 3%.
