Donoush has over 12 years experience as a realtor in the city of Houston. He provides outstanding knowledge of Houston’s Inner Loop, and prides himself on being an excellent communicator and negotiator for his clients. He has extensive experience in new construction, single family, townhomes, high rises, and the rental market. Very early in his career Donoush had the opportunity to work for many new construction builders. Honesty, integrity, hard work are traits that Donoush strongly believes in, and he takes pride in being accessible and available for his clients at a moment’s notice.
Real Estate is in the family blood. His father has been a practicing realtor for over 25 years, and his uncle is a high end home builder in West University. Through these relationships Donoush has access to excellent contractors and trades to help assist his clients.
Born and raised in Houston, Donoush attended Stratford High School and The University of Texas at Austin. Shortly after college he spent 3 years living in Los Angeles as an aspiring screenwriter, and returned to Houston in 2003 to start his real estate career.
Donoush and his wife Caroline are expecting their first child in July 2017.
35 years in Houston gives Daniel Parker vast knowledge in the Houston residential real estate industry. He has marketed and sold over 100 million dollars of real estate. After spending ten years at Greenwood King Properties, he joined New Leaf in 2016. Daniel offers his clients extraordinary knowledge in new construction, residential resale, town homes, and first time home buyers. He also operates a small remodeling company which gives his clients access to numerous contractors and trades.
Daniel is an individual known for integrity, commitment, and ability to be accessible at a moments notice. An avid Houston sports fan, he is also involved in charitable organizations such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, HISD Mentor Program and the Alzheimer’s Association.
A native Houstonian, Daniel attended Lamar High School and then earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Texas A&M University. This strengthened his masterful negotiation skills, and has given him a strong Houston network. Married to his wife Amanda since April of 2012, he has a young son named Henry and four legged daughter named Mico.
His background in real estate has not only come from experience, but from his family. Exposure to the industry began early with his mother, a long time agent and a successful top producer. His father is president of Parker House Inc., a well respected high-end builder throughout Houston. Daniel has been involved in real estate transactions from $1,000 to houses listed well over $7,000,000 thus proving there is no house too big or too small.
Daniel believes that he brings a young, fresh, educated mind to New Leaf Real Estate. Extending his knowledge of Houston with a fundamental understanding of how to get the best price for the transaction and negotiate effectively will create a positive experience on the buyer and seller sides. He has numerous contacts in the building, remodeling/contractors, inspecting, and appraising industries and is full of energy and eager to take new listings in the greater Houston area.

Ginny has been taking the Houston real estate market by force since 2004 with her thorough market knowledge and excellence in client satisfaction.
Growing up in the River Oaks area, she attended St. Michael’s and St. Agnes Academy, then headed to Los Angeles where she received her undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University. At LMU, she was the top student in her major and a valedictorian candidate, all while working in Programming and Development at MTV.
With a desire to learn more about business, she studied at the Tuck School of Business’ Bridge Program at Dartmouth, with a primary focus on the art of negotiation. Ginny received her Texas Real Estate Broker’s license in 2007.
With her energetic grasp of the Houston market, Ginny puts her clients’ interests first when buying or selling a house. Her persistence, attention to detail, and commitment to customers’ needs have been proven time and again through those successful transactions.
Ginny appreciates Houston’s rich history and culture, specializing in areas “inside-the-loop,” encompassing neighborhoods such as River Oaks, Avalon Place, the Heights, Montrose, Midtown and Upper Kirby. She also has experience in the Southampton, Medical Center, West University and Memorial neighborhoods.
As a Real Estate investor herself, Ginny provides an intimate knowledge of the process of buying and selling Houston investment property. She has attended foreclosure auctions and assisted many clients in purchasing short sale and income property as well as consulted on renovation projects.
Ginny lives in a Montrose property that she and her husband renovated, cultivating an extensive understanding of architecture, construction, and renovation, as well as acting as general contractor for multiple projects. She is well-informed on construction, local suppliers and resources, estimated costs, landscaping, and interior design.

Ginny is active in many charities and organizations such as The University of Houston, American Heart Association, Star of Hope, and HARC—Houston Aphasia Recovery Center. When she’s not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, attending auctions and antique shopping, or traveling.
